How much does a private event band cost in Los Angeles?

Pricing depends on the configuration (trio, quartet, or full 5-piece+ with vocals), how long you need us, and travel. An intimate dinner or birthday often books a trio or quartet, while a larger anniversary party or mitzvah celebration may want the full band. Get a quote and we'll put together the right option for your celebration.

Do you play smaller, intimate gatherings?

Absolutely. Some of our favorite events are intimate dinners, milestone birthdays, and anniversary parties at home or at a private venue. We scale the band and volume to the room so the music feels warm and personal, never overwhelming.

Can you customize the music for our celebration?

Yes. We tailor the set list to the moment - first-dance songs for an anniversary, a guest of honor's favorite tune for a birthday, the hora and celebratory standards for a bar or bat mitzvah, or easygoing jazz for a dinner. Send us your must-plays and we'll make them part of the night.

Do you provide sound equipment?

Yes. Every booking includes professional PA, microphones for any toasts or speeches, and on-site sound. You won't need to rent or set up anything for the music.

Can you perform outdoors, like a backyard party?

Yes, we play backyards, gardens, rooftops, and patios all the time. We just ask for shade or cover for the musicians and equipment, and access to power (or let us know and we'll plan around it).

How far in advance should we book?

For Los Angeles private events, 4 to 8 weeks is comfortable for most celebrations, and 2 to 4 months for large milestone parties and mitzvahs. Popular dates and the November to December holiday stretch fill earliest, so reach out as soon as you have a date.
