When you play a recorded song, it is always the same. When you have a live band on stage, we read the room and we change. We soften it when the couple is slow dancing. We raise the energy when the room fills out. It is never the same performance.
Even nowadays with AI, when everyone is on their screens all day and there is barely any human touch, this is the real deal. It is becoming luxury. A live band just makes you feel differently.
When I plan an event, I know I am going to be the face of it on stage. The stakes are very high. I am not just a corporate company hiring musicians and sending them to the field. I am a part of it. I put my heart and soul into it.
Music is what makes people remember the feeling. People will remember the moments they jumped up and down on the dance floor, or the moment the CEO announced the kickoff and the whole company cheered. That is the most important part of the night.
